All appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior to ensure we can provide you with the right amount of time and quality of service you deserve. Please reply to our confirmation message. If you cannot attend an appointment please give us as much notice as possible and ensure that your new appointment is re scheduled according to your treatment plan. Please be aware that we have a late cancellation and missed appointment fee of $25 per half hour of your booking.


You may experience all or none of the following post treatment:


Slight reddening or local swelling on the area treated that typically disappears in a few hours. On rare occasions you may experience itching, some blistering or bruising may occur. The skin may become lighter or darker, scabs may appear but the skin will generally return to normal in
a few weeks. Do not pick at scabs, this may lead to scarring.


Headache post treatment for up to 1 week. Nausea or vomiting, flu like symptoms that will clear up by themselves Severe swelling in the area leading to discomfort, which will alleviate as swelling reduces. Bruising is most common, icing the area is recommended 24 hours post treatment


Redness, itching, tightness in the skin Flaking and peeling skin is NORMAL, do not pick at flaking skin or scabs as this can cause hyperpigmentation.


Payment is required after each treatment unless you are on an Interest Free Ezypay plan or prepaid. The Client will be responsible for any additional fees including but not limited to legal fees incurred in collecting unpaid accounts. Overdue accounts may be referred to relevant credit agencies. Refunds and credits are not available as your payments are for the services being provided and results will vary due to factors out of our control.

Ezypay interest free payment plans incur a set-up fee of approximately $10.00. We require your first treatment to be paid in full, subsequent treatments will be paid monthly. Date of billing is 15th of every month. A failed payment fee of $23.00 applies. Your licence is required when applying for ezypay.


I certify that the above statements are true and correct, and that I have been advised and fully informed by the Medical Aesthetic & Laser Clinic (“MA & LC”) concerning the nature of the treatment process proposed, hereby authorize and direct them to administer such process and perform such procedures as may be deemed necessary or advisable. My signature below constitutes that: (1) I have read, understand and fully agree to the foregoing consent. (2) The proposed treatment process explanation has been satisfactory and I have all the information that I desire. (3) I have disclosed all pre-existing medical conditions and medications that I am currently taking or have taken in the past three (3) months, whether prescribed or not. (4) Understand the payment terms and conditions (5) I hereby give my consent and have given authorization voluntarily and release the MA & LC, its related companies and the current and past office holders, agents, employees, former employees and assigns of the MA & LC and/or its related companies from and against any and all claims, actions, suits and/or demands that I have or may have in the future in connection with or arising out of the described treatment. I have read through the pre and post treatment instructions for laser hair removal. I understand these instructions, and agree to follow all safety precautions before, during and after each treatment, which have been explained to me and shall advise the MA & LC of any changes to my medical history and/or medications taken by me subsequent to the execution of this agreement. I understand that not following the instructions I have been given will reduce the effectiveness of the treatment and may increase the likelihood of burning and other side effects. Specifically I understand that shaving, waxing or epilating between treatments may reduce the effectiveness of my treatments and that payments for services are not refundable.


Special offer may apply to first treatment only. Cannot be returned or refunded. Cannot be exchanged for other services or products. Cannot be transferred to a third party. I have had 3 sessions so far (laser hair reduction) and the staff could not be lovelier! Obviously it is not the most carefree thing to encounter but they are extremely professional and always make me feel comfortable and provide advice on after care.
